Issue Description:
In the Files module, when navigating through the folder structure, the currently selected folder is not prominently highlighted. While the folder can be identified, a more distinct visual highlight would improve navigation and make it easier for users to recognize which folder is currently active.
Suggested Enhancement:
Introduce a clearer visual indication for the selected folder, such as:
- A stronger background color highlight.
- A colored border or accent line.
- Bold text styling for the active folder.
- Improved contrast between selected and non-selected folders.
