Referring to Forma Data Management, please consider adding the auto-triggers tool for Files to Project Templates. Currently, auto-triggers must be set on a per Project basis, which can be tedious. If a company is using a standardized folder structure and standardized review workflows in their Project Template, they should be able to determine triggers and actions for those folders on a standardized basis as well.
