We have an extensive filing structure for our projects and over 50 different roles with varying permission levels. The filing structure and roles on individual projects also evolve regularly, requiring the regular updating of permissions. Updating the permissions using the interface in ACC can take several hours.
An Excel template for importing/setting up permissions in the Files tool would greatly reduce the time required.
The template could be based around the Permissions Report. Project Admins could make changes in the report and import it back into the project to update the permissions, similar to how Locations can be updated.
