The ACC Files module currently only supports drag-and-drop upload of individual files through the web browser, requiring users to manually recreate folder structures or use Desktop Connector for bulk uploads. Enabling drag-and-drop folder upload directly in the browser would significantly improve efficiency when uploading organized documentation packages, especially for users who don't have Desktop Connector installed or prefer browser-based workflows. This feature is standard in most modern cloud storage platforms and would reduce the time spent manually recreating folder hierarchies during document submissions.
