In the current list of forms, there is only limited information available. For larger projects, when contractors and subcontractors need to complete a significant number of forms, the list becomes long and the forms are difficult to identify. At present, it is only possible to use the form name or description to add searchable information, but neither of these fields can be enforced for the person completing the form to edit or fill in.
Moreover, in many real-world cases, the individual referred to in the form is not the one actually completing it, which makes the “Created by” field less reliable. Therefore, there should be an option to extract answers from one or more selected questions within the form into the list view. This would make it easier to review the forms and clearly identify them—for example, by extracting responses such as name, company, or other relevant details.
