Enable selecting Folder as Reference directly within Correspondence

Have the ability to reference a folder directly within Correspondence under Project Files, similar to how Files, Packages, and other supported items can currently be referenced.

This is because we often send a link of the File area where we collaborate and would be quicker and useful if we can select as reference the Folder we are referring to rather than going to the Folder and copying the URL then pasting into the Correspondence.

It would be helpful if this action of choosing the "Folder" will also place the specific Correspondence into the relevant Project File Folder(s).
