The 2026 XML Appearance Profiler is much less convenient when multiple users are working in the same Model Coordination view. It would be great to have the option to import a file as you previously were able to do with the .DAT. Or even better, it would be great if it saved directly into the Navisworks file. The current setup is a lot trickier and more manual than it was in the past. There are added steps to ensure everyone is on the latest profile.
