Email Notification for Content Catalog Content Requests
As far as we know, there is currently no automatic notification when a user submits a Content Request in Content Catalog.
If this feature is added, it would greatly improve the admin experience by making content request management more efficient and ensuring requests are not missed.
This ABSOLUTELY needs to be an added feature. The lack of an automatic email notification for submitted CC requests creates an unnecessary risk where items would be overlooked or delayed especially when request volume increased. I think adding notifications would significantly improve administrative visibility and response time. It would also give requestors confidence that their submissions were received and were being tracked.
Please add the ability to nominate an individual user or select from admins who would then receive email notifications that a content request has been made or that content has been submitted for review. Likewise it would be good to notify the user when the content has been approved or created and uploaded. I believe this used to be in unifi so hopefully it comes back.
