Editing Specifications

Currently, once specification sections are uploaded, there is no way to delete specific pages or mark them obsolete without deleting and reuploading the entire spec set. When design changes remove certain pages, teams are unable to selectively update the affected sections, which can create confusion and unnecessary rework. Adding the ability to delete or obsolete individual pages within a spec book would improve accuracy and reduce administrative effort.

We need to be able to supersede Specs that were incorrectly captured (names, numbers, division) by the upload process. 

Also, having the ability to isolate the areas where the Spec #, and title should be captured (similar to those in the Sheets Module) would reduce the # of errors in the initial upload phase.

The entire system for editing specifications does not work for me.  There should be an easy way of highlighting pages and adding them to an existing spec section.  Why is uploading spec sections different from uploading sheets?  I have errors but don't know how to fix them.
