Display Form Approval Status as a List Attribute

Problem

Form approval statuses such as Approved, Revise and Resubmit, and Rejected are only visible after opening the individual form. Users cannot quickly identify the status from the Forms list.

The same limitation exists for Smart PDF forms.

Suggested Enhancement

Display the latest approval status as a visible column in the Forms list and Smart PDF list.

Added status for rejected (or rework, or revise) and inclusion on Dashboard would enhance identification by team members that an action is required by them.  We see this issue arising and delaying addressing issues since form returns to In Progress.  There needs to be a delineation between an incomplete or "In Progress" form and one that needs to be revised.  Then include that on the Dashboard in addition to the "In Progress" forms.
