Customizable Submittal Cover Sheet and Output

Currently, the submittal output includes a cover sheet and summary page that often contain blank or non‑pertinent information. The second page of the output is almost entirely unused, reducing the value of the report. Without customization, teams cannot tailor submittal outputs to their specific workflows or project requirements.

I've just been looking into this.  Not sure if you have already tried this but creating a custom Submittal Item Summary template from within the Reports tool (as opposed to the download inside of the Submittals tool) gives much more flexibility, customization, and also the ability to schedule report generation and send to particular people on that schedule.
