Cost Management - Date Range Based Forecast Basis - Budget End date exceeds the end date of the date range resource update schedule

Instead of a link to view project settings, it would be better if the link was a pop-up window asking me if I want to update the end date schedule in settings and then performs the update for me in the background. Not all users creating forecasts final costs have access to edit settings but would be allowed to change this date for purposes of the Autodesk background refresh calculation needs.

At the very least could the link open up a new browser tab or window into settings so those who do have access to settings don't loose all work of adding resources.
