Correspondence Template

Correspondence Template

In the event of repeated emails, that the field folks would like to communicate to the site, it would be efficient to create templates for these correspondences rather than re-writing each message and re-selecting all applicable parties.

Agree with the need to have Correspondence Templates for items such as Notice of Non-Conformance, 48-Hour Notices, Delay Notifications, etc. These should be available to deploy to projects via the Project Templates, along with a standard list of Correspondence Types, to ensure consistency throughout the organization.

Agreed. When we want to send Correspondence about distribution of a closed RFI, we need to insert the same boilerplate language every time to subcontractors instructing them to notify us about any schedule or cost impacts within 5 days. Procore does this and it works well - there's no reason the Correspondence types shouldn't also have the option to include standard language in them.

Re-tying information manually every time leads to a non-repeatable process and a time-sink by project teams. Sounds like a design issue.

Agreed, have standard verbiage for different correspondence templates would be very helpful.

Tie this into also having email signatures as well!
