When we want to send Correspondence about distribution of a closed RFI, we need to insert the same boilerplate language every time to subcontractors instructing them to notify us about any schedule or cost impacts within 5 days. Procore does this and it works well - there's no reason the Correspondence types shouldn't also have the option to include standard language in them.
