We have started uploading materials to the Content Catalog and are facing some issues with the thumbnail images.
It seems like the thumbnail image loaded into Content Catalog is based on the Scene set in the Appearance tab rather than the sourve image file. These thumbnails are a little painful to work with as the refresh rate is very slow in Revit - it seems like if we apply a change and close the dialogue before the thumbnail image refreshes then a blank thumbnail gets loaded into Content Catalog.
Can the developers change the default thumbnail uploaded to Content Catalogue to show the Source image file (jpg etc) mapped into the asset?
