Check Boxes for Applicable Plan Packages

We're working on a project that spans many miles and will have plan sets released to us periodically. In lieu of submitting the same submittal 17 times (for each segment), we're looking to simply check boxes as part of the initial submittal process. Just need to add an option for a plan segment, and ability for the admin to customize what those are, similar to the spec packages now. Then during the submittal process, you can click a drop down with all the plan segments, and you can select which ones this submittal is applicable to. Or simply make it so I can modify the "Packages" section to be able to select multiple.

@sterling_dahl  yes I would also do everything possible to avoid repeating submissions/works. 

If I'm understanding correctly what you're trying to do, I think you should be able to do on ACC as is. Options to consider:

1. Naming convention, one of each will be applicable to "ALL"

2. Location geography 

3. Assets

Yes that is an option we've considered. But from a completion standpoint, when the submittals get compiled into their respective sections, we'll need to sort/filter by the plan package; which we might have to just export and do in excel, but would be ideal to manage it inside of Aconex.
