Referring to the PDF "Formatted Bidder List" report in Building Connected, it would be beneficial if there was a way to remove the rows containing individual contact names, email addresses and phone numbers from the aforementioned report (or to customize it in general). In its current format, the PDF report that's produced can lack conciseness and be quite long (40 - 50 pages). You also can’t really recreate it using one of the other downloadable Excel reports unless you make a ton of modifications. Therefore, on the "Formatted Bidder List", it would be beneficial if each row was limited to containing only the company name, bid status, etc. for each bidder in each Bid Package. This would produce a report that can be referenced to quickly understand and analyze bid coverage on a given project without getting bogged down by the contact info and other details associated with each company/bidder.
