In Building Connected, it would be useful if a GC (other affected party) could be notified when a subcontractor chooses to use an Opportunity Rule to "Remove Followers" from all bid invitations being sent to them by the subject GC. This type of notification would assist GCs with their refinement of bidder lists. The notifications could also potentially prompt conversations with the subject subcontractor to determine why they're blocking bid invitations and what it would take to resolve any issues.
