Currently, content created in Bid Leveling Sheets and the Bid Form (including Line Items and other sections) cannot be carried directly into the Subcontract document. This results in duplicate effort and lost time, as subcontract documents must typically be recreated from scratch or copied from another project.
We need the ability to transfer Bid Form information directly into the Subcontract to eliminate rework, improve efficiency, and maintain consistency between awarded bids and executed contracts.
