Customers migrating into ACC have identified a major roadblock in the lack ability to programmatically import Correspondences. While the endpoint exists (POST /construction/correspondence/v1/projects/:projectId/import) and functions as a true import - preserving original email metadata, dates, and attachments - it is currently restricted and only usable through the UI, preventing automated migrations at scale. As a result, teams are forced into manual, time consuming uploads that make large migrations unfeasible. Making this endpoint publicly available to authenticated APS applications would immediately unlock full-fidelity correspondence migration, reduce implementation friction, eliminate manual handling of sensitive records, and directly support faster onboarding.
