Table-format forms should allow a photo/image field within each row. In many workflows (inspections, issue tracking, quality control), a photo is required as evidence for each entry. Without the ability to attach an image directly to a table row, forms become more complex because evidence must be managed outside the table structure. Allowing image uploads per row would simplify forms and better support documentation workflows.
