As of now, column visibility, order, and layout are individual user preferences. Even if a Project Administrator configures the ideal view, every user sees a different layout unless they manually customize it. As a result, important project information often goes unnoticed, and administrators end up answering the same questions repeatedly.
Allow Project Administrators to set a default column layout for each project (or at least for each module such as Files, Issues, Reviews, etc.), while still allowing users to customize their own view afterward if they choose.
A simple "Set current view as project default" option would solve this problem and provide a much more consistent experience across project teams.
