Currently, there is no way to send photos externally like a transmittal.
Users must download photos as a ZIP, re-upload them to Docs, and create a transmittal.
This workflow is overly complicated and inefficient.
Additionally, there is no option to create a shareable link for non-project members.
A direct way to share photos externally is urgently needed.
