The current navigation in Autodesk Forma for Construction is predefined, which means users may need to switch between different sections such as Build and Data Management to access tools that are part of the same daily workflow.
We would like project or account administrators to be able to customize the project navigation menu and decide which tools are directly available to users.
For example, an administrator could create a navigation structure for Project Leaders that includes Issues, Forms, Meetings, Reviews and Transmittals in one menu, regardless of the Autodesk section in which these tools are technically located.
Ideally, administrators should be able to select which available Forma tools appear in the navigation, organize them in a preferred order, and potentially create role-specific navigation configurations.
This would allow companies to align Forma with their actual construction processes instead of requiring users to adapt their workflow to the product's predefined navigation structure. It would reduce unnecessary navigation between sections, simplify the interface for end users, and improve adoption across project teams.
