We use our phone list generated from ACC to place in our O&M manuals at the the end of the project, we also throughout the project will create a phone list for site to reference, it would be extremely helpful if we could input the members title so we know who to call for certain situations. @buildintel That would mean I would have to create permission roles for Foreman, Project Manager etc. to include the roles for our trade partners, this is not ideal. ACC please pretty please, make this a thing!! Currently exporting to excel and creating a new column to add title. Not a time saver. Thanks.
I cannot see anything on ACC road map. Any issues that draw resources unnecessarily, it is worth looking into an integration for your team. Consider this: -A separate company register that decouples Job Title from Project Role. This is to give you flexibility to add as many titles you want. Hundreds, thousands. -Separate register becomes a global metadata hub for the company that integrates new information from ACC. -Automate a Live Project Directory out this global hub -One click export for O&Ms
