Add "Administrative" Work Type Selection in Plans Module

In the ACC Build Plans module, both Swim Lane and List views currently provide a Work Type drop‑down selection list. However, the available options do not include an “Administrative” category. This omission limits the ability to classify and organise non‑construction or support activities that are critical to project workflows.

Proposed Solution

• Add “Administrative” as a selectable option in the Work Type drop‑down list for both Swim Lane and List views.

• Ensure administrative tasks are visually distinct and filterable.
