When ACC goes down, we can get an email that it's down.
Instead of random loading bloopers, broadcast on a secondary channel ACC status that Forma connected clients can see and pull a fail message from. If it's down, and a user is trying to access ACC services, they should get a popup to the effect of "ACC is experiencing a disruption, please see health.autodesk.com for additional details."
This would get the outage information infront of all users as quickly as possible instead of asking their support staff what's going on. It can just be a call from the software to health.autodesk.com when the error occurrs.
Ideally, that can be updated to more nuanced things like "ACC is experiencing a disruption, services are recovering" or "ACC is experiencing an outage expected to last until at least xx:yyEST" - Even better, include an INI flag for it so that firms can include secondary messaging such as "FirmX policy is to use this time to catch up on project archiving or having a dance party"
