Add more sorting options across ACC

Add more sorting options.

For example technical submittals do not have sorting in fields Ball in court and Review response.
Issues do not have sorting in Assigned to field.
Members do not have sorting in Role and Access level.
Reviews do not have sorting in next Action by.
RFIs do not have sorting in Ball in court field.
I suggest you sort fields like Ball in court by the first name added to this field.

When it comes to Reviews it is only possible to sort files within the review by name, and attributes are left out. This makes it hard when a lot of files are sent for review at once. 

If attributes also were shown within the review and possible to sort by them it would be very helpful.

In packages we cannot sort by file path which is really important to us. That's why we do not use packages at all.

Also, in Model browser there are no sorting options.
