Requiring team members to create a daily report for each individual area can become redundant and lead to loss of interest in using the tool. Recommend adding a locations tab to the work log or allowing multiple location selections to the form details. On a large project with an individual responsible for each particular location the daily could be useful by limiting locations. On smaller projects with a variety of locations being worked on the same day a tool allowing one form to capture all the Daily work would be beneficial. Would also recommend a daily summary report that automatically selects all dailies for the given date summarizes the hours, total employees, etc. This would be a useful tool for CM's, GC's and owners to monitor reporting by subcontractors.
