Autodesk Cost Management needs a better way to support cost-to-complete meetings.
Customers need the ability to add a note directly to each forecast adjustment. The adjustment amount alone is not enough. Teams need to document why the forecast changed, what risk or issue caused it, and what action may be needed.
Autodesk should also add a standard report that shows the budget, current forecast, forecast adjustments, and forecast adjustment notes in one view.

This is critical for monthly cost-to-complete reviews. Without notes and a report, teams are forced to track explanations in Excel or separate meeting documents, which defeats the purpose of using Cost Management as the source of truth.
