Currently, Issue permissions in ACC are controlled at the issue level only (member, role, company).
However, many teams use custom fields for internal workflows (e.g., internal status, coordination tracking). These fields are often not meant for all users.
At the moment:
- All visible issues expose all custom fields
- There is no way to hide or restrict specific fields
- Teams may avoid using custom fields or move tracking outside ACC

Add field-level permissions for Issues, allowing:
- Control over who can see specific custom fields
- Control over who can edit them
Benefits
- Protect internal or sensitive information
- Enable better use of custom fields
- Reduce reliance on external tracking tools
