Autodesk Customer Technical Success has informed me that web access to ACC from mobile devices (phones and tablets) is not supported, and that the app should be used instead. The issue is that some key functionalities, such as the version comparison tool, are not available in the app.
I believe it is essential that this functionality be added to the app in order to ensure proper use of the platform across all devices. ACC is often accessed directly from construction sites, where a computer is not always available, so guaranteeing full functionality from mobile phones and tablets is critical for maintaining efficiency and continuity of work.
