From your example, the same lock icon appears to be used for two different conditions:
- a file locked for exclusive editing, where others cannot edit, and
- a file open in Word or Excel for co-authoring, where others may still be able to edit.
A simple example would be:
If I lock a file, no one else can edit it.
If I open a file in co-authoring mode, others can still edit it.
Those two states should not look the same in ACC.
Please use different icons or status indicators for files that are exclusively locked versus files that are open for co-authoring. Today the same lock icon can appear for both, which makes it unclear whether other users are blocked from editing or can still collaborate.
