Hi there. My team is currently working with multiple parties on quite a large project, and we are using ACC Docs to help us centralize all the data and also utilizing the workflows to make reviewing and approval more streamlined.
However, there is quite a major issue that we have been facing when accessing ACC Docs through web browser (in tablets it is no problem at all since it's downloaded all the resources before we got to see it). That issue is the unstable internet connection.
If it's possible, it would really be great if there is a way for the files to be stored temporarily like a cache instead of needing to download them, since we divided the roles and access so not just anyone can download the files form ACC Docs. That way, the reviewing process can continue without any problem related to the internet connection and that downloading isn't a necessary step.
Please let me know if there is any suggestion to work around this or any idea that complement and make this process a lot better.
