Summary: I would like the ability to delete or hide the default issue categories and types in Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC).
Current Behavior: In Project → Issues → Settings → Issue Categories and Types, there are several default categories (e.g., "Commissioning") that are pre-set and locked with a lock icon. These categories cannot be deleted or hidden.
Problem: Our projects do not use all of the default categories, and having unnecessary categories in the list causes confusion for team members. It makes it harder to find and select the correct category when creating issues, which impacts workflow efficiency.
Desired Behavior: Please provide one or both of the following options:
- Delete default issue categories that are not needed for a project
- Hide default issue categories so they do not appear in the selection list
This would allow project administrators to customize the issue categories to fit their specific project needs and keep the interface clean and organized.
Impact: This improvement would benefit all users who manage issues across projects, especially teams that have their own established category structures and do not need the default ones.
