Missing State Change events in Container object (State Gantt not working)

FlexSim 25.2.0 Beta build 94

How to reproduce:

- create a model which changes Container's state using Object.stats.state().value property.

This changes object object's state, and generate State Value Change events, but it does not generate State Change events.

This is probably why State Pie chart template works fine, but State Gantt does not capture container's state changes.
