Enable scroll wheel in Parameters and Performance Measures tables

How to reproduce:

- Open Parameters or Performance Measures table

- Increase the number of entries until a vertical scroll bar appears

- rotate the scroll wheel

Outcome: the scroll bar does not move.

Proposal: enable scroll wheel handling in both table views.
