Parameterizing equipment counts

Is it possible to parameterize the quantities of equipment?

I'm looking to model a locker room and I want to have the quantities of stations such as handwashing sinks, bench spaces, lockers, etc. set as parameters - is there a way to do this?

Also, is there a way to control where each item is located relative to the first (e.g. just placing them all in a line would be sufficient). The idea here is to be able to use experimenter to help me determine optimal quantities on an approximate layout, then I will manually lay out the room once optimized, and tweak the numbers if necessary.

Create a group for each type of object. Then sample the group as the parameter reference and choose "Delete And Copy Group Members" (the group must not be empty for the option to appear).

In the "On Set" trigger you define an offset vector by which each object will be shifted compared to the previous one. You can of course also edit the code directly to achieve more complex arrangements.

Using groups also has the advantage that you can link Resource activities in Process Flow to them to acquire the individual objects.
