Hi Team,
I am having trouble with the Side Transfer in Conveyor Transfer.
The conveyor setup consists of three Straight Conveyors and one Join Conveyor.
The 'Conveyor Behavior' property settings are not unified.
The issue occurs at the spot marked with a red circle in the model image, where items stop flowing and the runtime operation halts.
I checked the Event List Viewer and observed a looping phenomenon occurring at the conveyor in the red circle (Straight Conveyor 2).
The model's length is in mm. What do you think could be causing this? Please let me know.
Thank you!

This is caused by the transfer time of 0s you set in the transfer properties. I believe this gives the item essentially infinite speed which makes the logic think it needs to stop in order to not run into the item in front. But because the front item is currently moving the stopped item it gets the signal that it can resume right away, resulting in the infinite loop.

In short: Dividing by 0 is rarely a good idea. 😉
Use a small time > 0 or a speed based option like "Motion-Aligned Conveyor Speed".

Thank you for your reply. After incorporating the information you provided into the model, I confirmed that it has improved.
