Item in queue disapearing

I'm having a problem with a queue where the objetct I put in it is disapearing before the operator can pick it up to put in the combiner. There is no conection between the queue and the combiner. Does anyone know what makes this error happen? I've already tried making it lager and increading the max content.

There must be another event that destroys/moves the item. If there are no connections I assume you might be using Process Flow to control the transports? My best would be that you removed the item from a processor before the process time has elapsed. When it does, the item will get teleported back to the processor. If the item doesn't exist anymore you will instead get an error message.
