Import value from different global table into current global table?

Can I pull the value from other global table into current global table by searching index roe, column coding C++? What the command that I have to use?

a table is a static construct. It has not a code executer per default. You can write code in a cell and let it execute from a process. You can write content from anywhere into cells. A table cell has got write and read abilities. Perhaps you take a look into the Flexscript api for tables.
