Error when selecting an object to debuging in a process flow.

I get the following error message when I click on an  object inside a process flow to debug.  I attached a screenshot as an example of the issue.

I cant select anything in the process flow to debug.  I have tried to restart flexsim and my PC.  Closing and opening up the process flow does not help.  Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this issue?
