An error accur when saving a model as distributed XML files.

Hi.

We investigating how a model is created by several developers.

Therefore, I attempted to save a model as distributed XML files with the help of this article FlexSim XML and Git - FlexSim Community.

Initially, the model data could be distributed in XML files.

However, after changing the PC, FlexSim now displays an error message despite the same save method.

The error message is shown in the image below.

This error does not occur when normal saving or saving as a single XML file without distribution.

What are the possible causes of this error?

Have you checked the permissions as it suggests? Where are you trying to save them ? A shared drive on local repository?

I followed your advice and rechecked the save directory.

Then I noticed that the file path in the distributedfiles directory contained Japanese characters.

Changing the location of the save worked.
