whats happened to the View my Cases option in the accounts pages?
I used to be able to view old cases and add new ones when i need tech support. I just tried and found the link to the Cases page now just takes me back to the account management page, and i cannot find a way to add a support case.

It's probably an account issue. We've opened an internal support ticket to get it checked for you.
In the meantime can you please try accessing the Support cases section here and seeing if you see the same issue?
You will need to log in first.
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/
If that doesn't work, please provide a brief summary of the issue and I will log a case for you and communicate with you there.

...all sorted. Must have been some web based nonsense. After logging out and then back in again it seemed to have fixed itself.
