Hi,
In macOS System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access > Make sure the following are checked (Allowed). Note that some of them may not appear yet.
- ifffsWiretapServer
- wiretapgateway
- DLmpd
- sw_serverd
- Flame
If the issue persist, please send here these log files:
- /opt/Autodesk/log/flame_<hostname>_app.log
- /opt/Autodesk/log/flame_<hostname>_shell.log
- /opt/Autodesk/log/wiretapgateway.log
- /opt/Autodesk/log/ifffsWiretapServer.log
- /opt/Autodesk/sw/log/sw_serverd.log
An alternative way to collect the log files, if you are familiar with the use of terminal (command line), you may execute this script:
sudo /opt/Autodesk/flame_2022/bin/ftpuploadlogs --days=2
Note: you may copy and paste the entire line above and hit enter in the Terminal app. Once executed it will tell you where the compressed log files are saved. Please send us the compressed file.
