Hi @Anonymous,
I hope you are doing well.
Do you have any previous Flame install on the same machine? Are any of the network connections active or connected?
Please check this article and see if it helps:

Hi,
In macOS System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access > Make sure the following are checked (Allowed). Note that some of them may not appear yet.
If the issue persist, please send here these log files:
An alternative way to collect the log files, if you are familiar with the use of terminal (command line), you may execute this script:
sudo /opt/Autodesk/flame_2022/bin/ftpuploadlogs --days=2
Note: you may copy and paste the entire line above and hit enter in the Terminal app. Once executed it will tell you where the compressed log files are saved. Please send us the compressed file.

Jeff

Hi Carlos,
In your case, it looks like you are using macOS Monterrey (12.x.x).
Flame 2022 trial version is not compatible yet with that macOs version.
At this moment, Flame 2022.2 subscription version is required for macOS Monterrey.
Flame Family 2022 release system requirements

Abraham

OHHH Noooo! it's ok.
Thank you so much, I should check the system requirements before. 😓
Thanks again Abraham.

Hi
I am running the latest verison of Flaem on my mac studio OS Monterey. flame installs fine, it is possible to set the framestore to a local disk, create a project and ingest footage and play it. its NOT possible to do anything much else, certainly not using Action. If I try to enter Action, I get the spinning wheel of death and have to do a hard reboot. Id flame not supported on the new Mac Studio? If not, can I ask if it ever will be? 😛
regards
David

Hi @perseus1,
Flame should run on the new Mac Studio.
You said that you run the latest version of Flame.
Would you mind specifying if it is the Trial or Commercial version?
Best,
Yann

Thanks, @perseus1.
Can you please confirm that you run Flame 2022.3?

Thanks, David.
Flame 2023 is being released today, so I assumed that you were still on Flame 2022. The latest Flame 2022 version available is 2022.3.
Troubleshooting such issues over a discussion forum is challenging so I recommend opening a ticket with our technical support and having it checked out by one of our engineers.
Please, let me know if you have any questions.
