Warning Tpp02w and Tpp03w Cant find ramp-in-arc, Cant find ramp-out-arc

Please Help, I have gone and changed the lead in and lead out approach angels but still get the same error code!  What am I doing wrong? I have also attached the posted program if that helps!

The code looks like it will work, the straight lead-in and -out isn't ideal but should work.

I'm guessing the tool is too large for the software to compute a radius type lead-in / -out.

Thanks for raising your concern through Autodesk Forum!

It seems tool is not getting enough space to ramp in/out because the ramp diameter percentage is set to be 50% of tool dia in roughing attributes of thread milling feature.. If I decrease the percentage (I set it to 10%), the warning disappears. Can you please verify?
