simulation speed

is there a way to adjust the speed bar for the simulation. speed is either super slow or mach 3

Hi @ddube25 

Unfortunately there is no way to fine tune the simulation speeds like in previous versions (pre 2017).

The only way I have been able to do this is to use the ALT + Arrow keys on the keyboard.  To do this, before you run simulation, hold the ALT button down and then press and hold the right arrow to move forward.  You can also tap the right arrow to step the simulation forward.

The left arrow will move in reverse.

Yes this is horrible. Simulation running way to fast. The only way is the ALT →

I'm currently running 2020.3xxxx and I still have the slide bar adjustment for my simulation speed.  When did this go away?

I'm running current 2024 but that slider is pointless. It adjusts from really fast to super fast.
