Is it possible to pattern a stock model? After development of our prototype tool our production tool is an array of the prototype. Being able to pattern a stock model in the production tool would greatly help in programming. Is this possible? How would I go about this if the process is available.
Thank you,
Gus
Hopefully, you have this figured this out by now? I thought that maybe someone else might benefit from an answer. I first created my stock model solid, then I positioned the copies where I wanted them. Now go to "Combine Solids". What is not always obvious here is the drop-down box, and then select "Union". Next add all of the solids that you want to combine. This creates a new solid, FC interprets this as one solid. Next open "Stock Properties, select "User-definded" and choose the new solid.
