How to Surface Mill this feature

I've attached a 3D Simulation of the surface milling results. Z-Level finishing leaves a space between the side and the start of the lower radius. What is the best strategy for surface milling this feature so that my tool gets in there?

Try this one. 

Quick stab at it.  Attached an updated FM file.

I ended up creating a few surfaces to control the toolpaths, but I like doing this than using boundaries.

Look at the surfaces I created.  Hopefully you can understand how I created them.  Nothing too crazy.  Also, I swayed away from using a ball nose tool, but rather a bullnose tool.  Easily changeable if required.
