It would be nice to have a "Section" tied to a service if needed. See Attachment.
Currently, when using design-line, you have to manually select the section each and every time you create a NEW design line.
We already have job specific databases, with job specific services. You could have a floor specific service, and tie the section to service, so that it would populate the service with the default section name when utilizing design line / manual entry. This would help save time when a design line is accidently created without choosing your section. You wouldn't have to do a line edit to fix the issue.
If not, can we have a toggle switch in the database what would read something like...
Default Design Line Tab:
Entry (with a checkbox)
Criteria (with a checkbox)
That would also help the Estimator remember to always choose their section before drawing the design-line.
